Lenzly offers subscription-based plans billed monthly. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
Refund eligibility
If you are unsatisfied with Lenzly, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after 7 days of the billing date will not be eligible for a refund.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@lenzly.co with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 7-day window.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Use, or for charges that occurred more than 7 days prior to the refund request.
